If you only need part of the avocado, leave as much skin on as you can. Wrap the leftovers very tightly in plastic wrap, making sure to push the wrap into the dip made by the seed. Air is the enemy of your peeled avocado!
After wrapping it tightly, put the avocado in a flat-bottom container on the cur side.
Though the avocado may still get a tiny bit of darkness on the cut edges, it trims off easily with a knife. These steps will help your avocado stay green longer!
